- 2015. 12. 18: Regular board meeting resolution (original draft approved)

- 2016. 12. 15: New investment project resolution by the Gyeongnam Provincial Council (original bill approved)

- 2017. 03. 14. : Initiation of research and design services for tourist complex permits

- 2017. 05. 16. : Start of traffic impact assessment service

- 2017. 06. 08. : Start of environmental impact assessment service

- 2018. 10. 22. : Information session for residents held
